How it works

From label to intelligence.

Identify what is on a product label, understand the scientific and regulatory context, verify the sources, and make your own informed decision.

  1. Step 01

    Scan

Point the camera at the ingredient list, or upload a photo. You only need the composition panel, not the whole pack.

  2. Step 02

    Identify

Ingredient names, synonyms and additive numbers are matched against a curated database of assessed ingredients.

  3. Step 03

    Understand

Each flagged ingredient gets a short explanation, an attention level, the evidence behind it and the source it came from.

The order of information

Plain language first. Chemistry last.

You should never need to understand toxicology to use this. Every ingredient is explained in the same order.

01What does this mean for me?
The attention level and a one-line summary in everyday language.
02Why is it shown?
The specific reason: a labelling requirement, a regulatory change, or a review that raised questions.
03What is the evidence?
How strong the evidence is, and what it does and does not show.
04What is the source?
The authority, the document and the year, linked so you can read it yourself.

What we never do

Health Frawemz does not tell people what to think about an ingredient. It helps them understand the evidence, regulatory context and product context behind it. The user makes the final decision.
